Most annoyed that I'm having to waste my day responding to a customer who doesn't even know the correct location of his purchase. Something I would assume your organization would naturally ask for, before even getting to this point. This is posted on our walls, mentioned by employees and should be listed on the bottom of his receipt.Īssuming that we're 'innocent until proven guilty,' I would like to request a copy of the receipt from this customer's purchase that clearly shows MY ADDRESS listed as proof. But once a customer has left, there is nothing we can do for them. IF it does not work at that moment WE REPLACE IT. We encourage every single customer to open their device, and try it inside of our store BEFORE LEAVING to ensure it works correctly. **** didn't purchase said items from our specific location, our return policies for ALL locations clearly state that the disposable device(s) he purchased are non-returnable ONCE YOU HAVE LEFT the store. **** refers to talking to a 'district manager' and none of the Artisan Vapor FRANCHISE locations use or employ a district manager, we run all of our stores independently. This complaint was incorrectly filed for our franchise location, rather than presumably one of the other Artisan Vapor locations, which are owned by our corporate office. Recently received a letter about a complaint for Case # 91635987 (***** ****) and wanted to respond. My name is Alex T***** and I'm the owner of the Artisan Vapor location at 4835 N O'Connor Rd, Irving, TX XXXXX. I will let other customers know what an awful experience this was and what a terrible business Artisan Vape and CBD store is and not to shop at it do your business online and get the assurance of a product that can be returned if something is wrong with it. Now, I am stuck with no fix to the issue and I paid 50% for either this product or the other vape Uno 4K product I bought but either way the experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not return to this store or any of the other Artisan Vape and CBD stores. The manager does not want to resolve the issue and states that if I brought back the product within 24 hours that the issue may have been resolved but I tell you the battery and product were working in this time frame and the battery should sustain the entire life of the product but in this case something was defective with the battery and it was not my fault. I asked the district manager for a refund or swap for an exactly same product. I contacted the company to complain about the product and how it was defective and ran out of battery and I had nothing to do with the defective battery. The blue light began flashing and the product stopped working completely and the juice is not even halfway used. The blueberry ice Uno 4K vape still has juice in it. I bought two Uno 4K Vapes on the Martin Luther King Day sale. Her is a message I sent to the regional manager involving a defective product I bought from a Vape Store involving a Vape Product, Uno 4K Blueberry Ice.
